The combine attachment that helps prevent grain from falling out...and rocks from rolling in.
| "I have no doubt the Grain Saver has paid for
itself many times over this year. And no more rocks
in the feederhouse!" - Thomas E. Delph, Anderson, Indiana |
The flexible Grain Saver® Rock and Dirt Guard mounts on top at the rear of the sickle bar, across the full width of the header. It flexes with the sickle bar to enhance performance. Average assembly time is just five minutes per foot. |
| Johnson's Grain Saver® Rock and Dirt
Guard is the one today's farmers are talking about! This revolutionary invention helps you reduce crop waste...increase your yield...enhance crop feeding... and helps prevent rocks and other foreign objects from entering your combine. It attaches easily, blocking the flow of grain that falls off the cutter knife and saves more grain during harvest. It also saves gathering auger and reel shattered beans. And, although most farmers use it for harvesting soybeans, the Grain Saver Rock and Dirt Guard is effective for harvesting edible beans, as well as small grain. |

The Grain Saver® Rock and Dirt Guard is so effective at preventing soybeans from rolling off the combine knife that, in most cases, you can salvage enough soybeans in just one afternoon of operation (29 acres) to pay for it completely! | |

| We now have available a RETRO FIT KIT of our "REAL" Johnson's GRAIN SAVER®, ROCK & DIRT GUARD for the John Deere® 600 series combine header which replaces the original equipment "stone dam". We went by JD recommendation for their "stone dam". The first day out we almost tore the head up. Using the JD "stone dam" when you do pick up a rock it is going right into the machine and cause damage. I purchased a Johnson Retro kit for the 600. We took the JD "stone dam" completely out of it, lowered the floor and mounted to the sickle bar. If you get a rock over the Johnson Rock Guard it will lay right behind the Rock Guard and not go into the machine. I highly recommend the Johnson Grain Saver / Rock Guard. - Bill Rominger, West Baden, IN |

The original combine attachment
that gives you a clearer view to greater profits.
"My Dad and I found the Dust Diverter to be beyond our expectations. We were extremely amazed at how much more visibility we had and how much cleaner the combine cab and the front of the combine stayed." - Thomas E. Delph, Anderson, Indiana |
The Dust Diverter's hydraulic-powered motor moves 1,800 C.F.M. of free air at 2,100 RPM, dispersing feederhouse dust to the ground and out of the operator's line of vision.
Johnson's Combine Feederhouse Dust Diverter is the first - and the original - dust diversion device on the market.
It's the only one that uses a hydraulic-powered orbit motor to deflect the feederhouse dust to the ground, whereby improving the visibility of the combine operator significantly. Great for daytime or nighttime use. Call today and find out how the dust diverter helps:
INSTALLATION IS EASY!
The Dust Diverter can be installed in 30 minutes or less on any
John Deere combine, including models dating back to the 7700.
JOHN DEERE 9000 SERIES MODELS
The Dust Diverter mounts in one of two ways on the 9000 Series
combine. You may remove the two doors on the feederhouse
and bolt the two brackets provided at the point at which the door
hinge is bolted. Or, you may drill holes in the feederhouse
and use the hinge provided. When the reel is not in use,
the system operates by disconnecting the hydraulics from your
grain table and connecting them together.
PRE-9000 SERIES MODELS
If your combine was made prior to the 9000 Series, bolt the
diverter hinge onto the combine with our Dust Diverter
base. The discharge hose is obsolete. The elbow is
similar to the 9000 Series.
* Warranty applies
on all parts and workmanship when unit has been properly
installed.
